Refund and Returns Policy

At FoodPariz, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in new condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons, including but not limited to food items, personalized products, or gift cards. These items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.


2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@foodpariz.com or call us at (435) 877-1339 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not tracked.

  4. Processing the Return:
    Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange request.


3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once your returned item has been received and inspected. The amount refunded will be credited back to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Refund Processing Time:
    Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

  • Non-refundable Items:
    Shipping charges and certain promotional items (such as discounts or gift cards) are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if the return is for reasons other than a defective or incorrect item.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as a return and specify the new item you’d like in your request. We will issue a refund once the original item is returned and inspected, and a new order can be placed for the exchanged product.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@foodpariz.com or call (435) 877-1339. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Please note that any damage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged product or packaging as part of the return process.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, especially with bank or credit card processing times. If you still haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact your bank or card issuer first.

7. Cancellations

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following the return process.


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
